Delete your data

MikaAi does not require registration — your account is anonymous and linked to your device. To delete your data from our servers:

1. Open MikaAi and copy your user ID from the Settings screen.
2. Email support@spikago.com with the subject "Delete my data" and paste your user ID.
3. We will delete your uploaded photos, generated results and account identifiers within 30 days and confirm by email.

We may keep limited purchase records where required by law (e.g. tax, fraud prevention). You can also delete individual results from your in-app history at any time. Details: Privacy Policy.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MikaAi → Cancel. Deleting the App or your data does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Google Play. You can request a refund through Google Play.

Report content

Use the "Report" button on any result in the App, or email us with a description of the problem.
